Our story

Giardinaccio opens, a gamble my parents took, true pioneers in a San Teodoro that’s almost impossible to describe.

I like to remember the history of my place; new things and trends have their place, but the past always reveals who you really are.
As I grew older, I realized that as a child, I was an atypical child. I played with corks and cutlery. No one ever asked me, "So, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
There was no need; everyone had already figured out my destiny.
Our cuisine? Direct and imaginative, like my staff.
